Tom, whose career has spanned more than 47 years, will focus on growth opportunities for the firm, including working with Marbury partner Michelle O’Brien to expand the firm’s Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences practice. “Tom’s expertise and recognition as a leading expert in patent law generally and in the life sciences field in particular brings invaluable experience and knowledge to our team that will benefit our clients immeasurably,” according to Ms. O’Brien. Noting his extensive experience in counseling, due diligence, prosecution, and prelitigation matters for numerous major drug products, she added “I am looking forward to working with him to provide our clients with creative strategies to address their challenges.”
