Marbury partner Michelle O’Brien is lecturing on U.S. Patent Protection of Solid Forms at the 10th Annual Crystal Forms conference at the University of Bologna in Italy. Her lecture will focus on how the U.S. Patent Office and U.S. courts treat patents for new solid forms of chemical compounds, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical compounds.
